Free shipping

We always offer free shipping with home delivery to Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region (Norway, Finland, Denmark). We also send to Germany, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and the rest of the EU, and also to USA, Canada, United Kingdomand Switzerland. Delivery right to your door via PostNord, DHL, UPS or Schenker, depending on the postcode. Regardless of delivery terms, all orders placed from warehouse to final destination are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. When your package reaches your city, you will be contacted by a shipping agent to book a time for home delivery or pick-up. You can choose to have the parcel left at your door even if you are not at home. You can also collect the parcel yourself from an agent if you wish. The contents of the package are not visible on the outside, nor is our logo or other text that may reveal the contents.

Express delivery

In our collection express delivery we offer many different dolls with fast delivery. Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days and we ship the dolls from either our own warehouse in Borlänge or from a partner's EU warehouse. If the order is placed before 13:00, delivery can usually be made the next day if it is a doll we have at home in Borlänge. We usually send with DHL, UPS or TNT.

Delivery from the factory

NOTE! There are rogue stores that market customized branded dolls with fast delivery (3-5 days) after production time. This is a scam outright as ALL dolls are made in China and of course it takes much longer than a few days to ship a doll. 3-5 weeks is the normal delivery time for all brands (after production), not 3-5 days.

If you ordered a customized doll or a doll we do not have for express delivery, the doll is in most cases sent directly from the factory. In principle, all factories that manufacture sex dolls is located in China. Normal delivery time from China is 3-5 weeks. We can also offer air delivery from China which takes about 1-2 weeks but costs 3000 SEK extra. In most cases it is UPS which handles the delivery. When the package is shipped, we will update your order with the tracking number. While the package is being delivered in Asia, the information will not be updated. Only when the package arrives in the EU will the information be updated. We are writing this because we get a lot of emails from customers who wonder why not UPS updates the delivery info.

ATTENTION!It doesn't help to nag us or UPS that delivery from the factory is slow or that you want more information about exactly where in Asia the package is. We receive many emails from excited customers who want to know the status of their delivery every week. Neither we nor UPS can see exactly where the package is during delivery from the factory. We understand that you are expectant, a little impatient and perhaps worried as dolls are expensive exclusive products. But, no package goes missingwe have sent 1000s of dolls from China and not a single doll has disappeared along the way or got stuck somewhere. In the unlikely event that this happens, we at Docklandet who takes responsibility and makes sure you get a new doll or your money back! If a shipment is stuck for a long time in a customs check, we or the manufacturer can send you a new doll, we'll take care of the other doll once it has been cleared through customs. But it is very rare that this happens.

You pay no customs duty on your sex doll. All our express delivery dolls are shipped from our warehouse in Borlänge or from another EU warehouse. There is no risk of any of our fast delivery dolls getting stuck in customs. However, shipments sent from a factory in China may be checked and delivery may be delayed by 1-3 weeks.Shipments sent directly from the factory/China are always sent together in one container. This means that your package is sent under our company name to begin with and not in your name. In the event of a customs check, it is therefore us (Docklandet) as the recipient and not you as the customer. Only when the package has arrived in the EU will it be forwarded to you. Customs and taxes have been paid in advance and are included in the price of the doll!

However, for our customers outside the EU, different conditions apply to shipping and customs. Customers from Norway and Switzerland, among others, need to pay a customs / VAT fee according to their countries' customs authorities precisely because these countries are outside the EU. This applies to orders sent both from warehouses in Europe and from factories in China. Because of this, factory orders are sent with express shipping from China: you pay the VAT when you import the package but do not have to pay extra for faster delivery. Delivery time is then normally 12-15 days.

Shipping damage

In case of damaged goods due to transportation, you must document the damage and report it immediately to the shipping company that delivered your goods. Then contact us at Docklandet viainfo@docklandet.se. It is extremely rare for dolls to be damaged during delivery, they are well packaged.

Other problems during delivery

We understand that people are very excited and can also be a little worried when it is such a large and expensive piece that is delivered across half the globe. We have shipped a lot of dolls and we have never had a package disappear, get stuck for a long time, stolen or anything like that. You as a customer can always feel completely safe that you get the product you ordered. We always take full responsibility for your order and our suppliers and transportation companies are insured.

Get it yourself

You can pick one up yourself doll with us in Borlänge if you wish. It is of course possible to look and feel the doll before buying. We have very many in stock and also on display in our Borlänge.
